Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Sunday 2/17

Good morning! Got the doors up on hubs workshop. Been very productive, but man was it cold. Now the heater will do him so good.

Today's weight 136.6

Taking daughter to see birth dad today (she was adopted from foster care). I really hate these trips because I find his inability to manage his life frustrating, but he's harmless and she loves him.

15 stone and 5 pounds.  Would really like to lose those five pounds - need to find the motivation from somewhere....

Down again to .4 below goal.  159.6  ( I LOVE this new scale ) 

It is annoying that the scale still has the power to dictate my emotions.   Up and feel punk.  Down and feel elation.   Too much control but do we ever get over it?

151.2 - wrong direction

.. down another couple overnight- 147.7, getting the feets back under me. So far, so great-no more wonky heartbeats, feeling more myself again, so I'm happy!
