Daily Maintenance Weigh In - TGIF 2/15

Morning all, and happy Friday! I'm working in our shipping office today to cover for a vacation and I am freezing. Spring, where are you?

Today's weight: 136.8

We'll be working on hubs workshop this weekend. Goals for this weekend: build the doors and get the wiring done. Tonight we're driving to a friends house about an hour a way so hubs can knock off her 'honey do' list. Poor guy - he gets to be a loner husband to several single friends when they need work done around the house. He's such a sport about it, though.

Made it through yesterday without doing damage on the scale. Off today and I'm going to relax and stroll around the mall.

150.2 - damnit all

Had some hard workouts this week. My eating is darn near perfec****er good. I made a vat of Elina's Green Chicken Soup and some homemade all-meat chili. We've got meals for weeks.

My cat didn't come home last night. I'm worried.

Hugs. I can understand your being worried. They usually turn up like a bad penny, meowing at the door as if to say, "You mad? Why? I'm right here."

*hugs back* Thanks. He is his own cat - that is for sure. I've had a lot of cats in my life, but none quite like him. He stays outside for the night all the time - just not when it's 20 degrees and snowing. I'm really hoping he is hanging out someone's house or stuck in a neighbor's garage.

My extremely over-active imagination gets the best of me. You have no idea the things I can dream up.

Ugh. I need an off-switch for my brain.

Ate a little off plan yesterday.  I was bad and ate a piece of red velvet cake with DH before logging it at lunch.  146 g of the cake had over 500 calories.  And that was as LOW as I could get the calories trimming out every gram of fat I could.

DH and I are either going to go to the Space and Rocket Center this weekend or start on our spring cleaning.  Don't know which yet.  He has the weekend off again, so we may continue our trips for me to share my past with him and the things that were important to me growing up.  We also want to get out to Denver so he can show me the places from his past.

Got up early to make campsite reservations for Yosemite this summer.  They become available at 7am, four months out and sell out in 30 seconds! Luckily, we managed to get what we needed.

100.6 lbs today.

Happy Friday!

Happy Friday All!

180 today.  I ate a little off my usual plan.  We canned the leftover roast pork dinner and got Chinese instead.  I usually get a chicken and veggie dish and strain it so there's no excess sauce, and I did that last night.  But, I also ate an egg roll and a crab rangoon - both fried and carby, along with high in sodium, so I expected the scale to reflect this and it did.  I didn't compulsively eat those food, though.  I planned them, enjoyed them, and today I'm back on plan.  Those foods aren't triggers for me, so a once in a while splurge is ok.  Now if I ate Rob's red velvet cake, it would be screaming my name to come have more! :)  We're all different in what we can and cannot indulge in occasionally.
