Excellent post.  Please speak more about this:

I also test myself on how little I can eat vs. how long I can stay satiated. You would be surprised on how far a little food can go. (this is a whole different topic)

I want to hear more.

If it''s not totally thought through yet, that's OK, share what you got.

Excellent post.  The key here is "simple" because you have found a few basic and very doable guides that you can live with every day.  I think thats the secret. Finding what you can live with long term. And this is a pretty good guide for all who are still working on their own plan. Thanks for posting your winning game plan.  Diane
