I'm feeling very Zen (Yoda-ish) today. This could spell trouble for the people on the main forum. It always seems to mess them up when I'm nice. The haters just don't know what to do with themselves.

So glad to back under 150. The decade weights (130,140, 150 etc) really mess with my head because I always seem to get stuck on them. When I enter my weight into my log, I tend to write a little something about how I'm feeling. So, when I hit the 150 and stalled, I went back and read those entries. So funny, to read them. 180 says - I'm afraid I will never get below this number and I've failed here before. Hell, that was a year ago.

As a slow loser, I have to recommit to eating right today and everyday. Maintenance won't look much different for me. This is my normal.

I'm still working on making peace with the slow weight loss. It's given me the time I needed to work through the head **** For that, it has been a blessing.

Obviously, I still get frustrated by folks on the main forum who shed the weight like taking off dirty clothes only to complain when they "only lose 10 lbs in a month," or "can't figure out why they gained"." But mostly I feel blessed for knowing the things I know, and learning the things I've taken the time to learn.

Yep, still harnessing Yoda.

Hubby is an idiot.

He asks he if I gained weight. I said "yeah I have my monthly bloat and picked up 5 pounds this month". He says yeah your stomach looks bigger , then asks me to do insanity w him.

This man has been COMPLAINING since summer, saying I am too skinny. SMH!

LOL. They can be clueless sometimes, no?

Mine has taken the respond honestly only when asked route. He thinks I'm too thin but never volunteers that. I have asked him once what he thought of my weight and he answered honestly.

You should explain to them 'when a woman mentions monthly bloat it means its her TOM and now would be a good time not to be an idiot'.

He usually doesn't say a lot. I think he wants a workout buddy. I'll do it as long as he stops commenting on my weight!

180.6 this morning.  I could freak out, but I know that yesterday's food was fine.  Also, I am a bit constipated and forgot to take my BP med last night that has a diuretic (there is was this morning, where I left it last night on the counter!).  So I will increase the fiber today, make sure I take my med tonight, and continue clean eating, and I know I'll be fine.
