2 years out and I'm slipping-help!
Looks like we are all pretty much in the same boat! I'm having the same issues, so I spoke to the dietician and she tells me that you get used to something in your head. Like eating too much or too often becomes your 'new normal'. And then you expect to feel full or need to eat the carbs to make you feel the way you did yesterday, whether that was good or bad. But there is a solution. Go back to basics for about a week, log your food (the best idea ever!) and when you drop a few pounds you will want to continue dropping just like you did two years ago.
Know one thing, you are not alone and this is not unusual. But it is something that you can control and you already proved that just by dropping the weight in the beginning.
Again, thanks. I'm hoping to get a handle on this. Going back to 800 calories a day seems so daunting. Need to get the vegetables chopped and ready to eat and drink more water. Thanks for the support. I also feel like there are certain friends who are secretly waiting for me to fail, so it is added pressure.
