Seems like grazing on nuts is a common theme today - had the same problem yesterday, but weight stayed about the same: 172.6
On the plane headed home... back to NY on Sunday night.
Pick up my new bike tomorrow, very excited!

122.5. I wish to express how grateful I am today for my good health and how much losing 125 lbs contributed to good health. A very dear friend died last night from cancer. She was 54 and had lived a healthy lifestyle. Everybody, make the most of every day you have. Life is indeed a gift for those of us fortunate to still have it. Diane

Sorry for the loss of your friend. That is always hard.
Well, am up and up and up. At goal. Which is 7 pounds heavier than where I would like to be. But goodness the munchies are driving me crazy. Drinking lots of water which of course makes for a busy busy night.
Walking, FAST, 60 minutes, every day this week.
Sigh.
Logging every morsal and will hang on in there.
129. Same as last time.
