I am sure happy that Monday is over for another week! Phew!

I am not sure why, but I'm up today to 164.6.  I haven't seen this weight for a while.  I am watching closely in case I have to go back on full liquids to get it down again.

138.7 today and happy.. Had a very indulgent and enjoyable day (pizza party at work, plus assorted treats!) Enjoyed myself fully, but back to my normal I go tomorrow. Expecting a few days of higher weights and maybe some cravings to boot considering what I did indulge in today..
