Good morning all and Happy Monday! Hope you've had a lovely weekend. Mine was honestly entirely too restful (which means I did diddly squat) as measured by the fact that I finished 2 books.

Today's weight 134.6

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Good Morning!!!  I finished off two books this week, too.  I did what I had to do around the house and that was it! 

Weight:  167.3# for a loss of 2.1#  this week.  27# until goal:)

Yes it is!  Thank you so much for noticing!  I had a lot of salt, sugar and fat this weekend though (sad to report that I was eating emotionally), so I'm sure that had something to do with it.  I would have preferred to gain the weight back the "WLS way" - as in eating cleanly -  but that was not to be this weekend :-)  Today, I'm back to my regularly scheduled programming of high protein, low carb, moderate fat.  Let's see what happens.....

If only we could pick a weight and just stay there forever....wouldn't that be nice?

122.5. gotta confess to a lot of grazing during the super bowl though it was all on healthy stuff. a few too many peanuts. oh well, didn't blow it (like the 49ers did) boo hoo, just as I was starting to like a pro football team. but the Ravens earned it. a good game indeed.   diane

Hi everyone,

Mom - I think that Happy Monday is an oxymoron!  I really struggle to get back at it on Mondays.   I get every second Friday off as we work 9 hour days so we can take the 3 day weekends and I LOVE my 3 day weekends, but Monday always comes around too fast.  Why don't 5 days at work go by as quickly as they would if I were at home?  Oh my goodness, that's enough babbling from me.

163.6 today.
