Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Sunday 2/3
Good morning. Light dusting of snow here, pretty but I always think a think layer like this can be more dangerous on the roads than a heavy snow.
My rings were back to being loose, so I knew the prednisone bloat was gone. I had hubs give me back the scale ahead of schedule and am now wishing I hadn't.
Today's weight: 134.2
Seriously? Seriously?!? C'mon, body. Who LOSES 2 lbs on prednisone?
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
178.6
Seem to be maintaining evenly. Glad to see the bloat is gone. I know how uncomfortable that can be.
I am enjoying the end of the Weekend with DH until Hubs has to go to work. Luckily his restaurant was bought out, Since he cooks at a high-end sports bar at Opryland I expected his night tonight to be crazy. Instead Sherwin Williams bought the place out so it shoudl be fairly calm for him.

99.8 lbs today.
Happy to hear the bloat is gone Mom, but sorry about the two pound loss. Have you considered having some rice at a meal? I realize it's starchy and therefore, a no-no after WLS, but I tried some brown rice yesterday and my weight was up by an entire pound today. It's certainly not anything to make a habit of, but it might help when you're losing ground on the weight front. Just a thought....
Rob, I'm glad to hear your hubby isn't going to be too inundated tonight. I think every restaurant in the San Francisco/Bay area with a tv is really gearing up for an onslaught.
I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the weekend!

158.0 today - down a tad more. Mom - cant even imagine what's going on with your body, but you'll get it back on track. I don't know of anyone quite as focused and real as you. Just don't let it make you crazy!
Never got to 64 yesterday, mid 50's with some sun. Big day here in the Bay Area for football. I'm really a fair weather football fan; don't really understand the game and only watch when we get to the playoffs (baseball a very different story - LOVE it!). But it's all around us and friends and family going crazy, so that will be our afternoon/evening. First the gym. This knee recovery sucks!
122. happy as a clam. i am beginning to substitute for the evening blob of peanut butter with a handful of peanuts. more protein, less sugar and less salt.
mom, sorry you are still having unwanted loss. but i can tell you i had the same and after a year or so it turns around. i hope it will for you too. diane
Running errands before the big game. Since I work in Baltimore I'm routing for the Ravens.
http://www.youtube.com/user/72Crabadams Me rambling about my journey : )
I'm procrastinating. I need to make some stuff for the party I'm going to. DH won't go because our tv is bigger than theirs. Silly boy. It's not about the tv. It's about the company!

Weird stuff mom.
171.5 today. Heading back down now that vegas is behind me and I can get back on track with exercise. Will be in New York 2 days the week and 3 days next week closing some deals that I started in Vegas... so that will throw another monkey wrench into the gears... but at least at the apartment i have few distractions and a good fitness center.
Heading out to look at a new bike - hopefully the stores will be quite while people inhale deeply the opiate of professional sports.
