Interesting on the taste buds.  I have had a little thing for chocolate going too - but trying to keep it to cocoa nibs and unsweetened powder.  The few other things I've had have been super dark (75-80%).  That seems to help moderate things as the sugar is kept to a minimum, and the chocolate taste is super intense without bringing in a lot of carbs.  

I tried making some "crackers" using almond flour and parmesean as the main ingredients - and I love them.  Carbs are very low, so I can have a couple and not go carb crazy.

Ack!  I bumped up a little to 137.5 today.  I blame the awesome but super-salty roast from last night :)

It is crazy cold here again today...  I heard a low of -14 :(

I am on track with my logging and working out, even though I had a big work event yesterday (yay me!).  I am doing great about working out at least 5 days a week, and tracking at least 6 days a week.  On the days I track, I make sure that I stay under my max calories for the day.

This weekend will be a challenge.  I have a conference on Saturday with all kinds of awesome food, AND a wedding on Sunday.  So, it will be an "fun"challenge for me to track on at least one of those days.
