Uck! Poison Ivy stinks! I had it on my thigh a few years ago. That was some serious pain. Took a long time to fully recover, but I didn't seek medical attention until they were ouchy boils. Silly me.
I hope the Pred kicks it for you. *hugs*

I get poison ivy A LOT. I swear all I have to do is see it within 10 feet and I'm toast. I've learned to recognize when kicking it myself is working and when it's not. I've been on prednisone to clear it up at least a half dozen time (maybe more, who wants to count and remember). The good news is that the pred (along with a topical steriod) has always worked.

Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

Still trying to get off those pesky few pounds leftover from the holidays. Been exercising daily, either walking briskly on a treadmill, gardening or long walks on our hill. No more outside exercise for awhile cause the rains are back! At least the weather is a little warmer now.
