Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 1/22

Today's weight: 158.6 - a new low!

Now shooting for 155 for the 1/2 marathon race in 3 weeks - then if I bounce up a little I'm OK...

179.4 this morning.  Its very cold here too.  I think the high today got up to 13.  It's going to be even colder tomorrow.   Just got back from a fun dance class.  I actually got the first part of the routine and was able to coordinate arms and feet - quite a feat for me!  LOL
