Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 1/21

Yo-yo here too!  Last 4 days have been down 1, up 1, down one, and today up 1.  163.6 today.

Its really cold here too and I can't get warm.  I feel cold to the bone most of the time.  I guess that's one of the things that someone with lots of insulation has in their favor.  Would rather be cold at this weight than hot at my old weight.  I was always hot before.

Today's weight: 159.2 - guess I'll take it.

Survived my 10 mile run on Saturday - the weather was pretty nice for running thank goodness.  Still recovering, had spin class today but will not be going full steam on any workouts this week.

138.7 & happy, except not happy about the temps. Long undergear under my dress clothes for a few days..

Cold, cold, cold.

Damp icy fog for two days and even my bones are cold. PLUS the furnace died so am waiting for the tech fellow.  Can you hear my teeth chattering.

Up two, DARN, but still 5 below goal.
