Good Morning!!  I'm off today and getting new tires!!  Not what I wanted to buy, but blessed to be able to buy them!  We had a great weekend.  We went to see Jekyll and Hyde (with Constantine from American Idol) and I had room to spare in my seat. What a revelation!!  I also joined the Century Club from my highest weight.

Today's weight is 172.4. 32# to goal!  Down -2.2:)

Have a good week!

178.9 this morning.

Had a good weekend, though was bummed that the Patriots lost.

I had no nuts yesterday, and weight was a tad lower this morning. I had super chunky no salt natural PB on a rice cake for breakfast. I can handle the PB and, at least so far, it seems to be satisfying my desire for nuts without going overboard. I think I'm going to try this tactic for awhile and see what happens.

Windchill is -31F here this morning.

Headed in the right direction... 1300c consumed yesterday, 2000 burned.

Weight down to 172.3... a good long workout really helps purge the system...

132 lbs (all good)!

Need to grocery shop today for the week. Busy week ahead at work.  Nice having today off!  It's cold with a fresh layer of snow here.

Sun is coming out too.

100.6 today.

We seem getting a small reprieve from the cold here in the Bay Area, thank goodness!  Yesterday was mild and today promises to be that way too.  It's nice to able to take the dog for a walk without freezing my behind off!

Go Niners!

105.6 this morning.  Just a little too much celebrating after the 49er win.  I might need to have a decarb day today I think.  I am working insane hours today, 10:00 AM to 11: PM straight. Food is going to be interesting.  I will try to remember to eat, but it gets really crazy on days like this.

123. don't like flirting in this range. i am keeping the calories where they should be but get a handful or two of salted peanuts. good fresh ones - can't resist. i think the salt is the thing. guess i just gotta stop those.   diane
