100.8.

On a whim, I signed up for a class at my local college.  ll of a sudden my life is full of deadlines from both work and school!  I need to calm myself down and make a plan for the day.  All will be done in due time.  Ommmm.......

PS - Is anyone else having a hard time correcting their posts when using an IPad?  For some reason, I can't go back and fix typos.

The editor on here sucks from an iPad.  When I post from mine it goes all buggy - sometimes forcing me to post to see all of my text.

Ugh...nasty.  I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one having problems.

I use my Ipad on here almost always and it is very problematic  on this site.

Yes, I checked with some IT folks and they say the Ipad just doesn't play nicely with others on some sites.  It's too bad because it's such a handy thing.

180 this morning. This weight is at the top of my comfort zone, and I prefer if a little lower. I'm working on gearing myself up to get back into loss mode from maintenance mode. In the past, planning to lose weight has many times been a trigger for overeating and gaining more weight. I am finding that I've been getting hungrier lately. The hunger feels like true physical hunger, but am I deluding myself and it's really head hunger? My weight the past few days has been at the top of where I'm comfortable. I need to look more closely at my intake and determine what I can do differently. Perhaps I just need to continue with maintaining until I am completely ready to lose again -not sure what to do, except not to overeat and regain weight. I need to continue to sort through feelings and thoughts. This being diligent and fully honest is a b***h! LOL Seriously though, it is the only way to go at this point, and I'm determined to keep at it.

YAY Judy!  That's awesome!  What a feeling it must be.  I have been within 4-5 lbs of my goal for 4-5 months now so I am not sure I will ever get there but I'm so close.

I got on the scale this morning and almost fainted when I saw I was up a little over 3 pounds to 167.6.  How does that happen.  I had a 1350ish calorie day yesterday so it sure wasn't that.  I feel like I might be fighting something.  Does that cause water retention?  HELP!?

Lots of things can cause water retention. I gain whenever I have a TOM (very sporadic for my menopausal self) no matter how good I am.

You did NOT gain 3 lbs in a day. Honest. Push fluids and give it a few days to come off.
