Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 1/15
Good morning.
Today's weight 134.4
I miss the padding on my sit-bone. I took a fall on my butt Sunday when I was cleaning the land. It's the second time I've done that since I got thin, and both times I discovered that since I no longer have padding I end up with a bruised sit-bone. Ouch. Not fatal, but before if I'd fallen like that I think I'd have bounced.
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
178.2 today.
Yikes, The Yo-Yo ing is not fun. I seem to oscillate on either side of 175, which I am happy with. I just like the straight lines better than the constant up and down.
Be careful. I learned the hard way too last summer that I no longer have the grvitational advantage I once did during yard work!

Ouch!! That does hurt and bone bruises seem to take quite awhile to heal. I find just sitting for any length of time, that bone gets sore now, without the extra padding. I hope your bottom feels better quickly!
I'm excited that my jazz class is finally resuming tonight! I've missed the class and we should be starting our recital routine tonight. This year, we'll be dancing to a medley of Donna Summers songs. I saw a picture of our costumes, which I'm not sure I'm happy with - a 1 piece outfit, from a hood to the ankles, made of metallic stretch material with a cinched middle and harem pants with a slit from the ankle to the thigh! Luckily, I'll have tights on and my sheer body suit to keep the jiggly parts from flapping too much! LOL
Tailbone issues are no fun-ouch!

Ouch Mom! I am sure you would rather have a bruised sitting bone than have your padding back!
I am not telling my weight today. Its not because I don't want to. Its because I have already forgotten what the scale said this morning. It couldn't have been anything earth shattering because then I would have remembered. Will try again tomorrow.

141.2 & noodled today, did some weights and swimming.. then sweated it out in the sauna.
Food logged for tomorrow, off to pack it- and get ready for bed.
I sometimes sit too hard and feel it- but it seems to be getting better.. and my flat butt isn't flat anymore. I think the weight lifting built it back up a bit. Now I wish the skin-ruffles would go away, but I'll deal. Had someone at the gym compliment me on my arms in the sauna! Nice feeling, even with bat wings!
