179.6 this morning. I planned to post yesterday, but got so busy, I never got to the computer!
Glad you had fun riding your new bike Mom! I need to bring mine in for a tune-up before spring. There's too much gunk on the road still, even with the past week of thawing, to actually ride now. Winters in Maine - gotta love 'em! I do need to seriously make a plan for regular exercise. I'm getting ready to start the process of losing a few more pounds, and excersise must be in that equation. My knee is hurting all of the time now. I csn manage dance class once a week, with lots of ibuprophen, but whatever exercise I do needs to not involve walking/running. Someone in support group has started hula-hooping, which sounds like one good option. I can also do a stationary bike at the gym, as well as weights and machines. It is looking like I can't put off knee replacement for a couple of years, as I'd hoped. I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and do it in the spring, after the recital.

122.5 today. took every ounce of my will power not to eat a blob of peanut butter last night. what began as an effort to stop losing weight when i got down to 117 is now a bad habit. now i know there are not 3500 calories in one blob of peanut butter - must be the salt - but over time those extra calories add up.
so i gotta cool it with the peanut butter. had a small glass of skim milk instead.
maybe i should get my bike tuned up too. but it has been so cold here i just want to hang around the studio near the warm kilns. diane
