Good morning all and Happy Weekend.

Today's weight 134.4

It's supposed to be in the 60's today, don't know how to act. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Good morning,

Starting year 2 post surgery today at 164.0.  Yesterday was my one year surgiversary. 

We are a little stuck due to the 10-15 inches of snow that fell in the last 3 days so I don't think I will be going very far.  Just some tidying at home.\

HW: 243 SW:228 GW:160

171.2 - still stuck in my range of 170-172-ish... 

Consumed 1200 yesterday, burned 900. (said i would consume 1200, burn 800).

Plan for Today: Consume 1200, burn 600

Comedy club tonight, excellent fish dinner available there... Seeing a favorite, James Adomian (he was a finalist on Last Comic Standing a few years ago) and he does some killer impressions - especially Jesse Ventura - our former Governor here... and well known ex-wrestler and conspiracy theorist.

Beautiful here too. Sunny days with very cold nights; supposed to get down to 26 tonight. 

Gym first so it doesn't get hung up on the back burner. Then going to see either Django ( little violent for me from what I've heard) or Silver Linings Playbook.

123.5 again. curses. pretty sure it was the salty peanuts from last night which constituted dinner. gotta hide those things. hubby can eat them and get away with them but not me.    diane

105.4 today.  I like this weight and I have a feeling I am gaining muscle and burning fat.  My trainer switched my program to a four day a week program with more emphasis on exhaustion of particular muscle groups.  So far it is also making me a bit exhausted.  :)

101.6 today.  I like this weight!  I feel less tired.

Just got back from a morning of rock climbing at the gym, then lunch with friends.

165.7...scale is going in the right direction to my goal of 159. :) MFP really keeps me honest and green tea is helping with the damn cravings! Haha!
