125.6 same as yesterday which is okay since I'm down 4.2 from Monday.
Cleaning the house and putting stuff away in the new bathroom this weekend. Getting ready for house guests next week. Get to see my grand kids!

167.5-- Thinking I'd like to see 159 in the new year so back to tracking my food! I totally forgot how much My Fitness Pal keeps me accountable...Almost 2 years out in March, thinking 8 pounds is doable by then? :)

By your surgiversary on March 24? Absolutely doable. I recommend back to basics.

I love My Fitness Pal - today the little tracker announced I had logged in for 465 days in a row. It's what keeps me straight; not one bite goes in my mouth that's not logged there before I eat it.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

TGIF for sure!  Crazy week is an understatement for me!

Today is my 1 year surgiversary.  My life has changed a lot since this day last year.  I don't think I realized how much it would change at the time.  Now I would like to go for a tummy tuck which will make me  feel better about myself than I already do, I think.  I don't know if I want to go through the pain of a tummy tuck, but if I want that loose skin gone and a flat stomach, I have to do it.  If any of you have had a tummy tuck, not circular, just hip to hip, let me know how painful it was.

164.4 today.. At least I am back to my pre-Christmas weight.

142.2, eating clean- despite some intense hormonally driven cravings today.. the scale is also being driven up by the same.Nibbling shirataki noodles now as they are my go-to free food when I'm like this. It passes in a few days, but sometimes it's really a pain.
