Daily Maintenance Weigh In - TGIF 1/11
Good morning, and a hearty TGIF to all of you. It has been, it seems, a crazy week for many of us.
Today's weight: 134.6
This weekend is supposed to be in the 60's and I am planning to ride my new bike both days. Saturday I'll just ride around the neighborhood so I can really get the feel of it on hills and around. Then Sunday I'm not sure where we'll head.
Any fun weekend plans at your end?

TGIF! I GET TO GO HOME TODAY!!!!!
Todays Weight: 175.6
I am going to be making up for lost time with the DH. Maybe working with him on the business plans for his personal chef business. Writing an article, doing expense reports.
Of course the making up for lost time with him will include long walks and talks.
A few hours in the office this morning and a LOT of hours in the car. The drive through the Smokies is always gorgeous though.

TGIF Mom - have a safe drive Rob. And a great weekend to all.
170.2 today - tied for my lowest. Seem to be bouncing between 170.2 and 174... I want to see a 169.something on the scale this weekend...
Will have about 6 conference calls/meetings today, so working from home - may try to do a couple of them from the bike or elliptical...
Goals for today: Consume 1200, burn 900.
Off to our corporate apartment on Sunday in Jersey City for 3 days in the Manhattan area next week, then back home for 2 days of company meetings and then I get to host our company holiday party at our house (75 people!) next Friday night - so a busy week shaping up, but fun.

Todays weight: 159.0 - another new low
Only working 1/2 day today. I have a AHL hockey game to go to tonight and tomorrow night. It is their Pink in the RInk nights and I volunteered as a breast cancer survivor to be on the ice as the team comes on the ice - may get to meet some of the players so I guess that is cool. I also have a training run early Saturday morning but have been so fatigued with upping my running mileage I am not really looking forward to it.
Today's weight: 139.2... back to under my goal weight- yay! Now my next goal is to hit 135 by the time I go on vacation early next month :)
I consistently went to the gym, until getting the stomach flu on Sunday. Now that I'm 100% feeling great, it's back to the gym tonight to continue my Couch to 5K program :)
