9:30 pm, finally getting to this...  

171.2 again... flat for a few days.

Hit my numbers yesterday.  Fine on the intake today, but no exercise yet.  Have a call with India in 30 minutes, so no realistic chance of exercise. But tomorrow should be better!

Got up to about 40 today, and raining! in Minnesota, in January.  Rain seems very odd to me, but I did get out for a bit and walk the dogs, so not a total loss today.

High intensity intervals for me tomorrow.
