Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 1/10
Good morning.
Today's weight: 134.4 Yeah, that's a new low non-sick weight
It's been very cold for the last couple of weeks here, but Saturday is supposed to be 66 and Sunday is supposed to be 72. Somebody up there must have known I have a new bike I want to ride, huh?
How goes with you?
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9

175.4 today. The yoyo continues.
Its been cold here too, but this weekend is warming up. Good news for my trip over the mountains tomorrow! My business trip is going well, just cant wait to be home.
I had to take yesterday off my exercise routine - I was too sore from the night before. I started running 2 minute intervals on the treadmill and WOW what a workout.

133. All good.
I start a new job on the 17th with a bit more hours then my old job.
I am doing my best to get caught up at home to make up for the difference.
I have purchased some professional clothes to supplement the few things that I had. I have to admit shopping is so fun when wearing a size 4. I have to work really hard to not over spend because everything looks so cute.
Trying to decide if I should take a couple of old but nice suits (Tahari) to the alterations shop. They are 10's and 12's from a time when I had dieted down to that weight but it only lasted about 5 minutes. Not sure if you can alter from a 12 to a 4 and have something nice on the other end . Has anyone been successful with that? Maybe I just need to donate the 12's.

12 to a 4 is really too far to keep any decent tailoring and sizing. One size, likely. Two sizes, iffy. More than that, not really.
Sizing is funny, isn't it. I'm 5 8 1/2 and 135 lbs and I wear a 6 or 8 in the bottom, 4 or 6 in the top due to my broad shoulders and hips. You are a couple of pounds lighter and wear a 4. Odd.
