I'm trying to get back down to 130/135, and this stomach flu that I have is sure helping! I will just need to get back to working out after I start feeling better, and continue to track my food :)

Still traveling for work this week. I was exhausted after driving for 6 hours and then working for 5 when I git here, but did a combined walk /jog on the treadmill for an hour to burn over 600 calories.

140.9 today, out of the red by just a smidge and working on it. I also just recently have switched to getting all my protein from food, gave up my morning shake for the moment just as an experiment.. so far, so okay. Thing is, I liked my shakes- but now just having Greek yogurt for bfast#1 instead.
