Shedding the bloat thankfully, 142.6 today. Had some great grilled mackeral last night, and could barely eat 1/2 the filet.. that's going to be lunch later.

Getting coffee'd up and will be bopping around town today checking out places, and maybe.. maybe getting fitted for some bra styles so I know which VS bras work on my deflated ones before I order them on sale online.

I seriously need to get fitted for a bra. I sure hope the extra skin under my armpits counts as boobs, otherwise I'm screwed.

I now buy padded training bras. Seriously. I am a 34AA. I had small boobs to begin with (Q: who makes 52B bras? A: No-one) but lost the teeny bit I have. Sigh.

Never mind sexy. All my bras have cheerful stripes and polka dots and little pink bows.

Target sells a bra that is made by Maidenform, it adds 2 cup sizes. And it iOS $16.99. Better than the VS bras-I'm really in a negative cup now and can't see spending VS prices!

-Last week I saw a woman spend over $700 at the sale at VS!

Will the Maidenform bra work if you have no boobs to add to, or do you have actually have some boobs to tuck in there? Because when I say there's no breast tissue left, I seriously honest to goodness mean NONE.

Have nothing but skin.

I was never chest heavy to begin with. I am now a 30 -a cup.
I can wear little girls bras. The smallest I get is the 32b because I can never find a smaller size.

These bras hold my skin flaps up and make me appear to have something. For the price I love them!

Good Morning - 163.4 today. Still trying to reach my normal BMI of 159, but I feel good where I am. Today will be trying to get my head into place for a likely return to work later this week. I'm struggling because my employer is great, but I am badly needed there. My physical therapist feels I would heal better with a couple more weeks off work. I see the dr. on Wednesday, he will probably agree with PT, but will release me if that's what I want. GUILT! Otherwise, working today on finances -yuck - making butternut squash soup, and getting to the gym, even though I am still limited in what I can do.

171.3

Post-holiday/driving/traveling bloat seems to be gone.  Within a pound of my all-time low weight, and my eating has settled back into a normal pattern.

Enjoying experimenting with espresso machine lately as my tolerance of coffee seems to be back to pre-surgery levels.
