Ten day vacation, Scale is friendly, now decarbing.

After ten days in Santa Cruz, Ca, a rented house, family reunion, Christmas with relatives, I am so excited to say that I am 131 lbs.  

Okay, I had two pieces of Pesto, Pizza My Heart (not at the same time, on two separate occasions.  But overall I did my best to eat clean and the fact is that I love my sleeve.

Protein shake every morning got me off on the right foot.  I did my best to hydrate, and take only one bite of the evening dessert.  

So happy to have my sleeve.  :)

Yes, I was called, "Skinny" several times during the 10 day family reunion.  There are only 3 of us sisters in this family and yes, I am, by far the thinnest (this is not a competition).  But as a kid, I was the fat one.  

Just wanted to share my small victory.  

Great job!   Glad you had a nice time with family and that food wasn't a problem,,,,  that is a real victory!!!   :-)   Amy
