Daily Maintenance Weigh In - 1/2/2013

Good morning! Back to work with me today and tomorrow my co-worker's wife will be induced if she hasn't gone into labor. He'll be out for a week and a half or so, making life exciting.

Today's weight 136.4

I decided to make a New Year's resolution after all: I am done worrying about getting back up to 140. I will still be happy if I do drift back up there, but I feel like I'm battling the issue constantly and I'm done with the stress. I'll not let myself get underweight, and will continue to try to keep my calories up while eating healthy, but beyond that I'm over it.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

I know I am retaining water. I had some salty items yesterday and also ate later than my usual.

Back to work so I'm back in my routine.

An anxiety disorder is a marvelous thing. Unfortunately, "not worrying so much" is not my strong suit.

Thanks!

My weight is up and this is unacceptable to me.  I am now at 108.2 and this will not stand.  I have a plan and I intend to follow it.  One part of my plan is to post my weight here every day and I would really appreciate support and comments (please cheer me on) as I get back to 105 lbs. by my next support group meeting on the 16 th.  Thank you guys in advance, I know that staying accountable is a huge piece of this and it's great to have you all here.  I think that the third year is the hardest for me so far and I find that it is now much easier to gain than it was during the first three years.  There has definitely been a change....   Nevertheless, I CAN do this, and I know I WILL do it.
