Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 12/27

121.5.  i kind of pigged it at christmas but didn't do too much damage. back to normal now.

i say poo on new years resolutions. mine were always losing weight - never worked. better to just think in terms of a few healthy habits.

Time to get back on the accountability train!! 

I completely went off plan this Holiday season. I have been shoveling crap in my mouth for the past month and have gained 15 lbs. I really have mixed emotions about this gain. While I was excited to see 128 on the scales, I am more comfortable on the higher end of my maintenance range (135-138). Today I weighed in at 143. So I'm not sure I want to "lose" all of the 15 or just 6-8 lbs to get  back in range.

Not only was I eating crap, I also stopped working out so this means I'm going to hit the gym hard over the next few weeks especially since I need to train for my first 5K run on 2/09/13. I'm sure once I quit the crap eating and start exercising again I will lose some weight so I'm just going to see where it goes.

I've never done New Year's resolutions because they seem to be made to be broken so I've just never done it.
