Still two pounds above goal.

Hosting two turkey dinners in four days.  Chaos but delightful.

Have a good day everyone.

Back late last night from Mexico. Not going to weigh until tomorrow. Knee is healing very well; sun, walking, swimming, and relaxation all helped now back to reality, rain, last minute food stuff to purchase and prepare for out of town Christmas. Very much looking forward to visiting family, especially my Mom who is in early stages of dementia, and my adult son who is now almost one year cancer free. Lots to be grateful for.

Ready???? Never!  I am as ready as I am going to be I guess.  I am surprised that after all the goodies at work which I have had a few of here and there, I am still at 164.4.  I hope I can say the same on January 1.

Have a great day everyone!

172.0 same as yesterday.

Spent the evening driving MSP-KC, serious snow mess around Des Moines that hung us up.

Sitting in the car (passenger seat!) as I write this, just pulling into OK City, for a lunch break... then on to our stop for the evening, Albuquerque.

121 and feeling fine. have to work today at our cooperative art gallery but its fun and good. people are really stepping up and buying local so its good. going to friends for diner tomorrow which is great because all the leftovers stay there. will probably eat a few things i shouldn't but after 3 years of holidays with the sleeve i know i can handle it and get back in the healthy groove promptly. i thinks thats one big difference with the sleeve. it used to be that a bout of overeating was only followed by more and more. now it seems much easier to get back to better habits after a "deviation"

cheers to all.   Diane
