Unable to reply with Internet Explorer in this forum

Does anyone know why I can't post replies or new discussion topics in this forum from internet Explorer?  I am using Chrome to be able to do those things, but would prefer to use Internet Explorer.  This is a brand new laptop with Windows 8.  I am not sure what the problem could be as I am able to post in the regular VSG forum, just not this one.  Help please?????
