vitamins
I take a very complete multi with antioxidants plus 1000 mg of calcium citrate with D3 and magnesium (in liquid form), a B-complex and a separate B1 (because I have been chronically low in B1). Also, 3 or 4 times a week, I take D3 and B12 (sublingual) and an iron supplement when I remember to do it. My labs have been fine for 5 years except for the B1 and I'm borderline anemic...

I take:
A bariatric multivitamin (3 capsules a day)
A chewable iron (black raspberry, the only quality iron I can tolerate)
4 calcium citrate soft chews (1000 mg)
Twice a week, a 2500 mcg dose sublingual B12
I also take a 10,000 IU D3 daily, but my vitamin D levels were low pre-op so this has nothing to do with the surgery.
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
DAILY: B1 100 mg, D3 2000 IU, Multi (2X ), copper 2 mg (but I'm low on copper, so that's an extra just for me), 1500 mg Calcium Citrate w/ D3
2X PER WEEK: 2500 mcg B12 , Iron supplement w/ 500 mg vitamin C.
I also take extra daily doses of C, L Carnatine, and Fish oil and Papya Extract - but that's personal choice, not prescribed by my doc.
