Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday 12/19
I'm a stair-stepping loser and a slower loser but I really pumped up my exercise since July to get the rest of this weight off. It feels great and have had steady changes in my body if not the scale. I am now training for a 1/2 marathon and for the first time aware that I don't want to lose too much weight, although I am not certain what that means at the moment.
