I'm baaaack! Fresh off my first half marathon!

Part of me wonders what it's like to really run, part of me screams Nooooooo.... 

My ankle, no matter the weight loss won't handle the pounding.. leg presses can stress it out if I get sloppy and use the ball of my foot rather than the heel- good on you for being able to run. I have actually had dreams where I'm running, and it's pretty cool.

Welcome back and Kudos!!  I've just done my first...and felt a GREAT sense of accomplishment and somehow signed up for 2 more (with Alison) I'm obviously crazy!!
