Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 12/11

134.0 today.  No holiday madness this year unless my crazy brother goes off the rails again.

I have been troubled by acid reflux for the past 2 weeks mostly at night.  So far it's been controlled with Pepcid but I wonder if I need to go back on omeprazole since I'm taking a Pepcid almost every night.  My PCP is on maternity leave for the next few weeks--anybody have experience with this?  I'm nearly 2 years out.

121. lots of holiday madness but not involving food. its amazing how much easier the holidays are when you don't have to make all sorts of cookies and other holiday foods. more relaxing.   diane

New low, prob water shedding but I'll still take it- 135.7. This will bounce here soon I'm sure.
