Good morning. New battery in scale and all is right with the world.

Today's weight 139.0. Dare I hope it will stick?

I have now officially finished my Christmas shopping. One present won't deliver until 12/13, after which I will have an attack of gift wrapping and be done with the most stressful part of the holidays for me.

How is your week going?

Hi all,

I don't know what I have to do to make posting a reply possible on my new Windows 8 laptop.  The reply area is simply greyed out, and I can't put anything in that field so I have had to do my posts at work.  Does anyone know where to get technical help for this?

164.4 this morning.

Have a great day!

183...up from Monday.  My body seems to do this and then drop on the weekend...weird!!!  Just as long as I weigh less on Monday, I don't care.  I haven't started Christmas Shopping!!!!  Maybe Saturday.

My week is okay...I'm still a whiney baby with my back.  And, my tummy has been a little angry this week...I wish my body would adjust so I could feel normal!!!!  Whatever that means...

Morning!

171 today, so I dropped a little more of my surgery weight. Graduated yesterday from walker to cane and was able to take a slow 10 minute walk outside. Making real progress and I am ready, mentally, for some physical action!

PO'd this am about my weight. I ate approximately 1350 calories yesterday and showed a gain on the scale. I know, I know, ..... but still I'm trying to get back down to my low goal range and my body does not seem to be cooperating. Could it be I need to drop back down to the 800 calorie range to do this? Ugh.....

One of the really odd things about the swelling after a LBL - Its the only time that I can remember having to DO NOTHING to lose weight, LOL.

Problem is, after Massive Weight Loss - I HATE doing nothing -PTTTTH

I spent last night making a new batch of my chicken breast lunch meat.  Trying a new spice blend with richer earthier flavors (Paprika, garlic, cumin, allspice, salt & pepper).  Can't wait until lunch to taste it.  I cannot get the chicken meat to set as dense as it should for doing something like gyro or deli meat.  I am going to have to end up stuffing it into some sort of casing or netting.  This is the second time I have made this and both times had to end up baking it in a loaf pan rather than being able to do the rotisserie.
