Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 12/4

179.8 today.  I know I didn't gain almost 2 lbs overnight - what I ate yesterday was typical and not indulgent.  I did eat a couple of extra salty things, and I hadn't had my morning constitutional yet when I weighted myself, which always makes a difference, so I expect all is well.  Mom, hope you day slows down at some point!
