Judy,

First - love the new pic - Shows just how fare you have come.

Second - You know this is just swelling.  Any time you have surgery, you will swell.  The more you swell, the more you gain.  The first day I weighed after my LBL where they removed 7.5 lbs of skin, I was up 5 lbs from my pre-surgery weight.  It happens.

I imagine in your knee, you also have lymph ducts that were cut that don't allow the fluid to drain normally.  The fluid has to take the long way up your thigh and out that way.  It takes about 3 months for those ducts to regenerate and reconnect.  Don't be surprised if you see your weight fluctuate a lot while that happens.

Its not fat.  Pay attention to your plan.  Get as much protein as you can.  Get as much fluid as you can. Both of those will help.

174.9

Back in my range. Whew!

I have some wishes for Christmas, but they are not VSG related. I want a portable generator and an Easy Up for my weekend excursions to dog shows.

I have a completely full closet of new clothes, so don't need anything there. Could use a few more workout and lounging clothes - I realized I have no long sleeved tees of any sort and only 1 sweat shirt.

184.9  I'm up from yesterday...It's my body's way until I drop the bigger number.  Stair stepping is a drag!!!  But I look forward to what is coming.

Cool about your bike, Mom...We may get bikes this summer:)

137.6 today.. not doing much as far as Xmas goes- we keep it low key. This year, it's a nice 3 night hot tub/sauna cabin trip right before.. time away with my husband, priceless.

Edit: they finally fixed it! I couldn't post in here since last night!
