Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday 11/24

Not weird at all. I started upping my calories when I got to 5 lbs below goal or 170. I've upped them and upped them and upped them. Each time, I level off for a week to three weeks then my metabolism adapts and I start losing again. I've lost 34 lbs since I started upping my calories. I'm very active and am up to a minimum of 1800 calories a day, often 2000 (don't try this at home - gradually inch up to find what works for you!)

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Hello everyone,
Today's weigh in is 170.6
Now that I'm 20lbs below my original goal, how do I stop? I was happy to have hit 190 and I continued to drop. When I hit 180, I thought I had a lot of wiggle room; now I don't know what to think but when does it stop or better yet, how do I stop it?

You stop by increasing your calories and carbs.  How many calories are you taking in now?  How many carbs?  Increase both until you find your maintenance level.  Try adding in things like peanut butter, avocados and fattier milk products such as cheese.

Better late than never, I suppose.  I've been visiting dear friends up in north Georgia today.  Healthy food, but then I binged (as much as a sleeve can) on my way home.  I had to de-stress from being happy and having a wonderful time????  Stupid eating disorder.  156 again today.  Monday the work begins again.
