Can't weigh right now, but want to stay accountable. Enjoying a visit from my in-laws, they will be with us for 6 months. My MIL is my best friend, so everything is calm and  happy.

135.5 today.

Up early as there was a beastie of the masked variety on the roof and the dog was going nuts. Had labs yesterday, everything looks good so far. I am watching ferritin closely since it had been 7 at six months and I've been diligently taking my iron and watching it slowly increase over the past 15 months.

141.5 today and woke with swollen eyelids and lips.. waaaay too much salt yesterday, combined with my cycle.. I am feeling and looking puffy. This also explains the deep sock-dents in my calves the last couple days. Yay for being early. Not.

Starting vacation tomorrow! Not going anywhere but really need the time away from work. We plan on getting some painting done in the house and finally some organization in the garage after being moved in for 16 months.

New Low - Swelling going down.  I have had my head down building a database drive content managed website for DH's personal chef enterprise.  He is hoping to open it up within the year.  I downloaded the entire FDA nutrient database so that his recipes will automatically calculate nutrition.  I am learning a lot about calculating nutrient content of food!

What a great project! Where did you locate that database?

You can download it from from the USDA at http://www.ars.usda.gov/services/docs.htm?docid=8964.  Its the same database that is the back end of sites like nutritiondata, MFP, etc.  The big advantage is that you can get EVERY nutrient - including water, not just the label ingredients.  There are quite a few commercial foods in there as well.

Do you know anything about picture shrinkers? I have a pic I want to use for my website, but hell if I can get the damn picture to shrink right. I've been trying it with the free-bee websites, which may be part of my problem.

Sorry, I use software locally on my mac.  What kind of machine are you on?  With a MAc you can use Preview if you don't have anything else?
