Good morning! The down side of hubs getting a full time job is that I'm back to doing my share of the domestic chores. So while he goes off to finish a handyman project he committed to before the job came up I'll be doing the grocery shopping. Poor, poor me.

Today's weight 136.8 Yeah, another new low.

How are you folks doing this weekend?

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Well, I am back.  For the last 8 days, I was in Vancouver, British Columbia as my Mom was having spinal surgery.  I didn't have a scale so I was a little nervous about what I was going to see on the scale when I got home.  I was surprised this morning to see that I was at 164.4.  When I left for Vancouver on Nov. 1, I was at 166.2 so I guess I did okay.  It was easy enough to keep my meals small, and also, my focus was on my Mom, not on food.  However, there is this awesome bakery nearby - enough said.

I hope you are all well.  Have a great day.

Still at goal.

This weekend is Remembrance Day and while I likely won't be attending the ceremony at our Cenotaph I will remember them.   When had TV used to watch the National Remembrance Day and sob and sob and sob.   That is when there were still a fair number of WW1 vets around and they were so fragile and quavery.    A somber day and usually the weather is somber as well.

Other than that today am at a book launch and get to make the tea/coffee and wash up the same.  Yipppeeee.

Enjoy the weekend everyone.

177.0

Most of the water weight seems to be gone this morning.  The tummy is definitely looking flatter.  Hubby has the day off today - so we are going to hang around together, probably do a long walk around the lake or around Centennial Park.  We will probably make some Enchiladas with Ranchero sauce for dinner tonight and put one of our Christmas Trees together and let it shape.

134.5 this morning.  In the zone.

Chained to the desk for the next few days, have a report to write.  Things get busy for me starting the 13th so it has to be done by then.  Holidays can make people despondent so I expect to be busy until after the new year.

100 lbs. today.  That is better.  I stopped analyzing things yesterday and went dancing with my husband and friends to some 80's music.  Hard to be angry or sad as you are listening to Beastie Boys and Madonna.  I had a few drinks and felt no pain.  Yes, I know, not very cerebral of me, but it served last night.  My friend's husband wanted to talk about it and I almost slipped right back into it, but my husband immediately pulled me onto the dance floor and my friend swore her husband to silence.  :)  Sometimes denial can work wonders.

133, weight is staying steady despite my carb weaknesses of late. God they are evil little creatures. One day of bad eating sets off weeks of struggling to get back on plan.
