Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Friday 11/2
Good morning. Brrr. Got so many layers on this morning I feel like a kid in a snowsuit.
Today's weight: 139.2
Got a mellow weekend planned. May go up to Shenandoah National Park and hike one of their waterfall trails. The falls have been very low on water all spring and summer, but Sandy has probably perked them up a bit at least for now. I love those hikes, but with the elevation will have to dress like an Inuit to stay warm. Thank goodness for INgirl and her silk undie recommendation!

126.5 It's gonna be a good day. I posted the following OT post on the main board a few minutes ago cuz it tickled me. A little levity never hurts. Hope you all have a good day and a wonderful weekend...
Don’t get DirecTV…When you get DirecTV, your whole home DVR freezes up. When your DVR freezes up, you call DirecTV and have to go thru all their automated crap. While you are waiting on the phone and pressing buttons, your wife burns your dinner. When your wife burns your dinner, you open the doors to let the smoke out. When the doors are open, you let mosquitoes in. When the mosquitoes get in, they bite you while you sleep and you wake up with West Nile. Don’t wake up with West Nile…get cable.
P.S. All that happened last night except the waking up with West Nile part….
Happy Friday!

I have gone 'back to basics' along with amping up my workout schedule. I've decided I will be more comfortable 5-10lbs lighter now that my weight is done redistributing. I have been maintaining for almost a year, and I feel good, strong, healthy. I just have a few points of body fat I'd like to shed.
