I just went to Dr. Cirangle's website to confirm that there really is a support group meeting today and what do I see?  Frisco has his story and recipes on the site.  He has his own button on the side with tons of amazing pictures and mouth watering food.  My only confusion is which one do I want to make for dinner tonight.  I hope this is a permanent new feature on the website because I can use a few Dr. Cirangle approved recipes to add to my repertoire.  This is soooo perfect for the holiday season.  OK, I am going to calm down now and breath.  Ommm.  Ommm.  :)

Here is the link if you want to see for yourself:  http://www.lapsf.com/dr-cirangle-testimonials.php

Wow! That's awesome--they do look beautiful! Are you going tonight? Hallowe'en isn't such a great evening, and I need to stay home and hand out treats....

I didn't think I would go as I have little kids, but I think I will make an appearance as I seem to need the support more this year than ever. It seems to be getting harder to stay motivated.

Well, I will try to make the next one, though I may try  the one he has in Concord. There may be more people coming there that are interested in surgery--and I could make sure to change their minds away from lapband, if necessary!

I'm definitely not coming. It's Halloween and I want to hand out candy to little kids!  I don't think they'll get my costume though. I'm dressed as a "Surgically Altered Freak"! mail

Yah.... It went live and I'm pretty excited about it....... but.......

Like I was telling Elina and Jimbo after group.....

As soon as it did go Semi-Live and we were doing some tweeks....... I realized two things.......

- I can't fight on VSG main anymore !!!

- Now I really can't gain any weight !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( I really painted myself in the corner this time !!!!)

Yes you did Frisco!  I haven't told anyone yet, but I've written a book about the VSG experience from a patient's point of view and it really scares me cuz that's another way to stay accountable to the "new me" so I know where you are coming from.  Your recipes are awesome and I'm so glad you are being recognized for this. My book will be published in the next month or so (been working on it since April).  Would you like me to feature any of your awesome dishes?

Congratulations to you and keep 'em coming honey...cuz YOU ROCK!!!!
