Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday 10/24

Spin class today but have been in a foul mood all week. Still having some issues with my right leg but not bad enough to hinder exercise or for exercise to make worse - just weird.

I am not a happy camper today.  My scale said 166.2 this morning so up another .4.  One of you mentioned the monthly creep up.  Does that happen to all of you ladies?  How much do you creep up?  I am just starting to track my weight daily (ups and downs) so I can see if there is a monthly pattern.

I go up 5-7 pounds like clockwork. I record daily so I know it is my normal pattern.

Wow, that's quite an increase for that time of the month :-O  How many days does it take before you're back down again?  I am going to track my weight daily to look for a pattern as I seem to remember a similar increase on other occasions, but I have never paid attention to the timing to find out if its consistently happening at the same time of every month.  I have had a hysterectomy so I don't actually have the monthly "show", but I still have ovaries that make all the crazy hormones.

It's annoying but I've always been this way.
I start going up around this time of month. I'll be back to normal around the 10th of next month.

I'm glad I track daily or this would really bother me.

Basically the same as yesterday. Still want to be down 2 pounds, but I'm in my range, so I can't complain.
Having fun bringing out the new clothes for autumn. EVERYTHING is new this year for fall and winter. It all looks so tiny, too......Gotta love that!

Up from yesterday, but still under 125 which is my upper limit.
Gotta get that carb-snack monster under control. Also back at the gym 5 days a week, yeah!
One Doctor wants me to stop working with weights cause of a rotator cuff issue and another told me to NOT stop! What's a woman to do?

145.3, and thinking of taking a lasix after tomorrow's workout, my calves and ankles have been tight and swollen here for days.. combo of timing and lots of standing at my job. I have tomorrow off, so I can stand to be running to the bathroom all day!
