Bounce up by 2 pounds. HA! It gets cool, I stop drinking water.... serves me right.

So today my students and I made a commitment to one healthy change this week. Since I had a poor water weekend, my commitment was to get in a minimum of 72 oz of pure water each day this week.

That will help get the fluids back out!

Hoping to have a great week!

Up a bit to 165.2.  I haven't been real good at getting all my water in the last couple of weeks.  I am probably only getting 2/3 of what I should be.  Time to smarten up and go fill my waterbottle again.

This is how I get in my water!  I think you've posted this before and wanted to let you know that it has helped me quite a bit!

177.8 this morning, despite the fact that we went out for our wedding anniversary dinner last night, an occasion in the past that would have given me reason to overeat, as well as make lousy food choices.  This year it was a delicious but healthy dinner, which I enjoyed thoroughly.  I did indulge in SF ice cream after, but not a huge portion.  My focus was on basking in having adult time with my husband, sans kids.  I didn't even pout much about our favorite restaurant being closed for a private party and having to go somewhere else! :)

167.4 - up a bit but feeling good.

Had a end of a 6 week program at the work gym assessment and measurement.  Body fat percentage down another 1.5%, and lost a few inches all over the most was on my waist -  2"!!  Will have another program/challenge for the end of the year "Maintain Don't Gain" and my goal is to lose another 3-5 lbs towards goal. Will have to tighten up the nutrition a bit and increase the exercise - but this is totally do-able.

146.1, slowly heading down but the swelling is still the pits (literally, I can dent my cankles..) To be expected considering the food/drink indulgence when I was on vacation.

First day at the new job went well.. lack of proper sleep last night is finally catching up to me (was up past midnight, and the alarm went off at 5:15.)

Planning to be in bed early tonight!

132, down .5 lbs. seems like this is right around where my body wants to be?
DH told me very clearly today that he really doesn't think I should lose anymore. Unusual for him as he usually stays pretty neutral. I think the direct quote was "your starting to look like Gumby, you know, flat". A real charmer that man of mine lol.
