Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 10/21
Good morning! Starting a new week out with a bounce in my step, which isn't a normal Monday thing or a normal morning thing for me. Part of it is I am starting to believe that my above 140 weight is going to stick this time.
Today's weight: 140.6
It may seem like I'm gaining fast, but I typically bounce up after a new low anyway. So I think I've gained a little, but some of the increase is my normal bounce back. I'm confident of that because to be just 'gaining' at that rate I have I'd have to be eating at least 500 calories per day above maintenance and I've only increased about 200 from the calories that I was losing at.
Either way, I'll put the brakes on in a few more pounds.
How is everyone else doing.

Answer: one can't.
Large weight fluctuations in a very short period have to be fluids. 7 lbs is a lot of fluids, but the odds that it's anything else are miniscule. Unless, of course, you ate 24,500 excess calories.
