Nana, well wishes for your daughter. Post partum is hard for all those involved.

Worked out w my daughter today, it felt good doing something positive w her.

Nana hope that all will be well with you and your family.   It must be very hard.

At goal still.  I would like to be below goal for sure but too many salty foods.
