Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 10/9

Another day down. Have a day full of meetings on my agenda.

I'm already looking foward to the weekend but it's seems so far away. Think I need another vacation...but I just got back from one.

Today i'm 195.1

I am leaving for the states tomorrow to visit my two oldest boys, one of them is in boarding school and has parent teacher conferences. I was sneaky and did my plastics the day after they flew out in August, I wonder if they will notice a "difference"  I didn't tell them, because I felt guilty about spending that money on myself. I know I shouldn't because hell, I am paying for University AND boarding school for them, but you know how teenagers are.

 

I have decided, should I be asked, I will simply say that at my age and with four children, I can do whatever I wish. No justifications, no excuses.

I hope I can still update from there.

136.0 this morning.  Got a lot accomplished yesterday, I can see the floor in the spare room.  Now to tackle the perimeter!

Slowly heading down, 141.6. Prob get to my comfy low right before another party weekend/vacation starts.. I'll be hitting a friends party Sat night, then Sunday we're off to a hot tub cabin for 4 nights for some needed alone time with my husband!

170.8 again today.

Seems I am still losing inches though will see when I get measured by my trainer in a couple weeks - crazy as that is a small consolation to me - I am so stuck on wanting the scale to move!

Back to 165.6 today.  That Thanksgiving dinner didn't do any harm.

Holding steady

Today I'm 142.2

Been pretty steady. Been increasing my calories still and excercising a lot so I'm not really worried about it. Feel great though :)
