Good Morning Everyone,

Mom is away...so I'll start today off.

195.0 - up a 1/2 pound from yesterday.

This great for me. Back at the midpoint of my range. Going to try to hold it steady here. I gained a good 10 pounds due to vacations, various business trips. It took some time...went back to basics and back in the groove.

How is everybody else doing?

Whoo 142.3, up 3+ over a couple days.. Weekends this month are going to be like this for me all this month, too many events planned.. changing my "recording" day from Monday to Weds may be smart since by Weds some of this bloat should be gone :(

135.0 for me this morning, back in my comfort range.  It's so strange to me that before surgery I was just hoping to get to 155, the lowest sustainable weight I'd been able to manage as an adult, and here I am now twenty pounds less.  This surgery has been a miracle and I am so thankful every day.

166 today.

Since it is Thanksgiving weekend in Canada, I had a turkey dinner last night, minus the turkey as I am a vegetarian.  I was surprised at how little I could eat.  I had mashed potatoes, stuffing, and corn.  I put 1/2 cup of each on my plate, and if I ate half of it, that might even be an exaggeration.  I live on yogurt, hummus, more yogurt, and protein drinks so I seldom eat anything so dense.  I wish there were healthy things with such density other than meat.  By healthy, I mean proteins.

Anyway, enough rambling from me.

Have a great day.

I didn't weight myself for a few days, so this being Monday morning, I decided to make a point of it and get on the scale.  I knew not to expect any problems as I have been wearing my smallest size 12 Children's jeans and they seem a bit loose. :)   I weighed in at 103 even.  I really don't want to lose any more weight.  I seriously need to increase my calories, but am struggling to make that happen.  Yesterday, for instance, I ate guacamole with a few chips and even Alan's famous ribs, and still, I am 103 lbs. this morning.

This morning, I woke up to find that Alan is making another batch of one of my favorite soups.  I didn't have the heart to tell him that this will probably mean I am going to drop a few more pounds this week.  I think that instead of snacking on veggies, I need to snack on some nuts this week.  Strange problems to have.

170.8 yep - 170.8 not surprised because I know the way my body works but not necessarily OK with it either.

Celebrated DH's 50th this weekend but really didn't eat anything out of the ordinary.  Still exercising 6 days a week.
