Today's easy hike has been cancelled by a radical change in the weather forecast. Now predicting 50% chance of rain most of the day; yesterday morning it was just showing partly cloudy. I have decided to just relax and not worry about it because...

Today's weight 137.8. Yes, for those tracking at home that is another new low.

Had to get new boots yesterday because the calves on the ones I bought in January were too big. Had forgotten they were wide calf (I have huge calves for my size). Got some faux leather dressed up riding boot style boots. I'm in a weird place. I had always wanted a pair of leather boots, my whole adult life, but couldn't fit them. Now I can and I no longer choose to wear leather. Go figure. But this faux leather is pretty good quality - looks like leather, not that plastic look you often get from the fake stuff.

VSG on 05/31/11 with

Didn't weigh yesterday because I wasn't home... I've decided if I'm going to stay at the boyfriend's place more often I need to talk him into getting a real scale, in a subtle, "this is your idea" kinda way LOL!

Started ADD meds this week, which has diminished what little appetite I did have to absolutely NOTHING. I am having to force myself to eat again, not because I want to, but because I need fuel! Reminds me of the early post-op days, lol... But back then I had plenty of stored fuel for my body to burn. Not so much the case these days!

I took off my bandages and it was all that tape that was hurting and burning my skin so badly. Now I feel much better, left boob is up where it is supposed to be, yee haw!

I think that I am dropping muscle mass this week, since I only had one weight training day due to being under the weather and a decrease in appetite. It will probably go back up next week.it usually does.
