121.4

I was thrilled that it was mild this morning. I'm not quite ready clothes wise for colder temps. I need another run to Goodwill and then I should be good.

Today's weight: 170.4

Exercise is going well and am starting to get used to muscle soreness of some kind every day. Yesterdays exercise was 30 min. strength/circuit training in the afternoon then a 3 mile run (mostly - with a couple walking rests) with the hubby.  Today's workout is 50 min. spin class.  I will get body measurements again in 2 weeks with a program at my gym. Hopefully will see some change there as the scale continues to move very slowly.

My husband had been packing a ton of snacks in our lunch everyday and I was leaving at least 2 of them uneaten. Asked him to not pack the whole wheat peanut butter crackers (200 calories and many carbs felt too much at this time) because if they are in my bag I will eat them as they are a slider food.  Hoping that will help.

Well, I made it safely to Pennsylvania! I'm tired from lack of sleep and feel "naked" without being able to weigh myself. Had about a third to half cup scrambled eggs for breakfast and am sipping a protein coffee now. Thinking positively about making good food choices for the next 5 days.

sending good thoughts Rob's way!

Wishing Rob a speedy recovery here as well!

138.6, going down.. fine with me.

Funny thing, this time in my life with some crazy stress, and with my friends cancer dx, I am not really interested in eating.. or cooking for that matter. I'm just dealing. This is new to me, normally I'd be eating crap.. now it's protein shakes if nothing sounds remotely edible. Stress=less appetite? Odd.

122 and doing fine. getting ready for the trip to Nerd's class reunion. should be fun but i got nervous reading that the first event is a gathering with "significant hors d' ourvres " and cash bar. Since I won't know many people I could do a lot of damage. Oh well, I will survive.   diane

I don't know my weight, I forgot to weigh myself today.  I was 103.4 yesterday and I didn't eat more than usual, so I am sure I am fine today as well.  I am sending Rob my good thoughts today. That first day and really the first week are going to be tough.

Healing thoughts to Heather and Rob today.  Heather, you have pretty much talked me out of that tummy tuck! :-)

The tummy tuck was fine, it was my left boob that was giving me problems...
