Well I have posted often about these stubborn 3-5 lbs I have gained I have been quite frustrated it use to be up three down three up down then suddenly it stayed up and the went up a couple more panic set in and I went to starvation mode protein shakes and one meal of very little food mostly protein and it just wasn't working I cried I was terrified that I am slowly inching my way back up. I told myself if I am not eating the calories then it Is not possible to gain well I stuck with it and what happened the scale continued to climb that's right all the way to 144 terrified was not the word to explain then I remembered my early journey when Margo told me you have to eat so I decided I'm going to eat the right things every two hours tuna cottage cheese yogurt chicken banana beans and guess what people two weeks later I am back that's right back to 135 I am doing the happy dance so I am going to stick with this eating plan it works for me cheers
